For the love of god, I agree. I've been searching the internet for hours looking for faceplates- can't find anything!

It sucks that they release old games for the price of new ones, I guess they're just a wee little money hungry :(

If you happen to come across a website that's got faceplates, please let me know! :O

Well, this solved the problem for me. I bought it on amazon marketplace.

I got a few from nitendo directly
https://store.nintendo.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StoreCatalogDisplay

it is always craptacular when an old game gets resold for new (-_-)

Thanks. I figured that one out, too. However, they do not ship to Europe and Nintendo of Europe doesn't sell them.

I know this is an old post, but I found this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/GAMEBOY-MICRO-FACE-PLATES-LOT-OF-3_W0QQitemZ110333434238QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVideo_Games_Accessories?hash=item110333434238&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A13%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

And now I need to find out where they came from, and how I can get my own.

Thanks but as I've said, the U.S. Nintendo store doesn't ship to Europe.
